Join the Glenisle Loyalty Discount Scheme
To think our regular guests and visitors we have introduced a loyalty discount scheme.
For every whole £ you spend on full price items (from a cup of coffee to a stay in the premier
suite) you will earn points that can be redeemed against future purchases.

We will send you full details of your membership, how to collect and use your points
and will also send you our newsletter to keep you up to date with hotel offers and
information about what is happening on Arran.
Loyalty Scheme Terms and Conditions
Earning Points
- After you sign up to the scheme when you pay for full-price goods and services tell us that you
are a member of the scheme and you will be credited with points.
- Discounted or special offer items do not earn points. if your bill contains both full price and
discounted items you will still earn points on the full price items.
- We'll give you a receipt which states the value of the transaction and the number of points earned.
- The Glenisle will keep a record of each transaction and the number of points earned.
Using Points
- On subsequent visits to the Glenisle you may use points as payment or part payment of any hotel
or restaurant bill.
- Points may not be redeemed on the day they were earned.
- Only the person named on the joining form can redeem points.
- When you settle a bill if you want to usepoints to pay or pay pay your bill we can tell you how many points you have and their value.
- You will lbe asked to sing our record sheet to confirm that the points have been redeemed.
Value of Points
- Earning points - for each whole £1 you spend you will receive 1 point.
- Using points - normally 1 point = 5p. We may run special offeres when points have a higher value.
- Points do not have any cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Points expire 18 months after being earned.
