A sumptuous, traditional Christmas lunch will be served on Christmas Day from 1pm to 3pm. Reservations are required.

A warming winter soup with homemade bread
 
Smoked Duck Breast
Warmed slices of duck breast layered on a rocket and pear salad, drizzled with a balsamic reduction
 
King Prawn and Fennel Bisque
Traditional French-style cream soup
 
Homemade Brioche with Wild Mushrooms
Brioche loaf stuffed with creamed wild mushrooms
 
Smoked Salmon
Smoked Scottish salmon with citrus crème fraiche, pickled cucumber and spring onions
 

 
Traditional Roast Turkey
With all the trimmings
 
Baked Scottish Salmon with Lemon and Herb Crust
Salmon topped with a fresh herbs and lemon, served with fondant potatoes, glazed asparagus and dill cream
 
Fillet Steak Medallions
Scottish ‘gold’ beef fillet cooked to your liking, served with potato rosti, roasted root vegetables, soubise and a port jus
 
Vegetarian Risotto
Risotto with roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes and basil, topped with fresh Parmesan and served with toasted homemade olive bloomer bread
 
Orkney Lobster Thermidor
Whole fresh lobster served in the shell with a brandy and tarragon mornay, and glazed with fresh parmesan, served with saute potatoes and buttered greens

Reservations are required. A non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person is required at the time of booking. Final confirmation of numbers and full payment of the balance is due 30 days prior to the lunch.
